Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Refund Policy
We have 2 days/48 hours return policy, which means you have 2 days/48hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement
- Please make a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your package after delivery.
- This helps us verify claims in case of damage, wrong product, or missing items.
- Without an unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.
Damaged / Broken Product
- If your product arrives broken, defective, or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement.
- Make sure to share the unboxing video and photos with our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Subtle variations in tone or texture may occur, as each piece is uniquely captured under studio lighting.
- The return/exchange of the product is limited to one time per original order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
